Contact
One monitored email address, read by the person who will answer you. No contact form, no call centre, no automated sequence, and nothing on this site collects your details behind your back.
§ 01 — The address
Everything comes here.
Quotes, orders, advisory enquiries, delivery questions, returns, invoices and privacy requests all reach the same inbox. Use the subject line to route it and you will get a faster, better-aimed reply.
Written correspondence may also be sent to the registered office: 2 Broom Chase, Rotherham, England, S60 2SQ. Please note this is a registered office address, not a shop or a trade counter — there is nothing to collect from it and no walk-in service.
§ 02 — Subject-line routing
Start the subject with one of these.
None of it is mandatory and nothing gets discarded for using the wrong one — it simply gets your message to the right answer sooner.
§ 03 — The first email
Six lines is plenty.
You do not need a specification to ask for one. This is simply what turns a first reply from “tell us more” into something useful.
- What you are running now — rough models and ages will do.
- How many people it has to cover, and whether that is changing.
- What is actually going wrong — the specific complaint beats a general one.
- A budget band, not a precise figure. A range keeps the recommendation realistic.
- The date it has to work by. Lead times can change the answer entirely.
- The delivery postcode, if you want anything priced.
- Anything fixed — an incumbent supplier, a group policy, software tied to one platform, a lease still running.
Please do not send
Passwords, licence keys, card or bank details, or copies of identity documents. We never ask for any of these by email, and we will not act on an email that contains them. If someone claiming to be us asks for them, it is not us.
§ 04 — What happens next
The undertakings that apply to your email.
Every enquiry gets a human reply within one working day, including when the answer is that we cannot help.
Free and without obligation, arranged by email. Not a sales call and not a qualification script.
We answer, and then we wait for you. No drip sequence, no newsletter, no marketing list — you would have to ask to be on one.
UK GDPR requests answered within one calendar month, as the legislation requires.
§ 05 — For your records
Details for a supplier record or vendor form.
All verifiable on the Companies House public register against company number 17111589. If your procurement process needs a form completed and signed, send it to the address above with SUPPLIER in the subject line.

§ 06 — Contact questions
Before you write
Why is there no contact form?
A form would mean processing your details on this site, which would mean scripts, a third-party handler and almost certainly cookies. A plain email address avoids all of it: you keep a copy of what you sent, we keep a copy of what we replied, and nothing sits in between.
Is there a phone number?
We arrange calls rather than publishing a line, because an unattended number that rings out is worse than none. Email us and we will book a time — the twenty-minute scoping call is free and comes with no obligation.
Can I visit the registered office?
No. It is a registered office address, not a shop, showroom or trade counter. We sell at a distance by internet and mail order; there is no stock held there and no walk-in service.
Do you sell outside the United Kingdom?
We dispatch to United Kingdom addresses. We do not currently ship overseas, and we do not supply into onward-export or drop-shipping arrangements where we cannot identify the end recipient.
Will you add me to a mailing list?
No. We run no marketing list and send no newsletter. Your email is used to answer your email. The privacy notice sets out the lawful basis and how long correspondence is kept.
Something arrived faulty or was not what I ordered. What now?
Email us with RETURN in the subject line, the order reference, and a description of the problem. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, for distance consumer sales, the fourteen-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply in full — the terms of sale set out how each works.
