Tentro Tech and Device Solutions Ltd is a private company limited by shares, incorporated in England and Wales on 23 March 2026 and registered at 2 Broom Chase, Rotherham. This page explains why it is put together the way it is, the rules it operates by, and what it deliberately does not claim.
§ 01 — Why this shape
A company that both advises and supplies, with the conflict handled in the pricing rather than in the prose.
Buying business technology has a structural problem in it. The people who know which laptop you need are usually not the people who will sell it to you, and the people who will sell it to you have an obvious reason to specify upward. Most buyers resolve this by getting three quotes and picking the middle one, which is a way of managing the problem rather than solving it.
Tentro’s filed activities cover both halves — information technology consultancy alongside the retail supply of mobile telephones, computing devices and accessories by internet and mail order. That combination is only useful if the conflict it creates is answered, and the answer has to be structural, because a promise of good faith is not checkable.
So: the advisory work is a separately quoted, separately invoiced deliverable. It is paid for whether or not you buy any hardware from us. It is written to be portable, so you can hand it to a competitor and get a comparable quote. And the answer “keep what you have for another year” costs us nothing to give, because we were not paid on the volume of the order.
What remains is the part worth paying for: one accountable supplier from the specification through to the reconciliation of what actually arrived.
§ 02 — Operating rules

Advice is priced apart from goods
Specification work is quoted and invoiced on its own. It is never recovered through a hardware margin, and it is never conditional on an order following.
The specification is yours
Written so that any other supplier can quote against it. No deliberately vague model references, no proprietary shorthand, nothing designed to make the document useless without us.
No silent substitution
If a specified item becomes unavailable or changes revision, the order stops and we come back to you with alternatives and the difference stated. What arrives is what was agreed, or you were told in advance.
Every price is itemised
Unit prices, quantities, delivery and VAT shown line by line. No bundled “solution” figure that conceals what an individual device costs, and no charge that appears only on the invoice.
New goods only, and we say so
We do not deal in used, refurbished or grey-import stock. Where refurbished equipment would genuinely meet the requirement more cheaply, that goes in the specification even though we cannot fulfil it.
We decline what we are not registered to do
No repairs, no airtime contracts, no managed helpdesk, no bespoke software. Taking that work and subcontracting it would move the accountability somewhere you cannot see it.

One director, named on the register
Muhammad Shehzad was appointed director of Tentro Tech and Device Solutions Ltd on incorporation, 23 March 2026, and is the company’s sole appointed officer as filed. Correspondence reaches him at the published address.
We publish the name and the role because both are on the public register. We do not publish a biography with claims we cannot evidence, and we do not describe a team that does not exist.
Rotherham, supplying across the UK
The company is registered in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. Because we sell at a distance — by internet and mail order — advisory work is done by call and in writing, and goods are dispatched by tracked courier or post to addresses anywhere in the United Kingdom.
We do not operate a shop counter, a trade desk, or a walk-in service, and the registered office is not a retail address.
§ 06 — Transparency
What is missing from this site, and why.
No track record, because there isn’t one yet
Tentro was incorporated on 23 March 2026. You will find no client logos, no case studies, no testimonials, no staff numbers and no “devices supplied” or “clients served” figures anywhere on this site, because any such figure would be invented.
Where a number does appear — one working day to reply, a twenty-minute scoping call, a fourteen-day consumer cancellation right, itemised quote lines — it is a commitment made at the start of an engagement, not a measurement of past performance. If we later have real figures worth publishing, we will publish them as figures and say what period they cover.
No personal particulars from the incorporation filing
The company’s IN01 filing contains personal details beyond what a customer needs: dates of birth, nationality, country of residence, the statement of capital, the initial shareholdings and the persons-with-significant-control particulars. None of that is reproduced here. We publish the legal name, company number, incorporation date, company type, registered office, SIC codes, and the director’s name and role — and nothing else from the filing.
No accreditations we do not hold
We display no certification badges, partner tiers, authorised-reseller marks or standards logos, because we are not claiming any. If that matters for your procurement process, ask us directly and you will get a straight answer rather than a graphic.
No tracking, and nothing collected from this site
The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and carries no contact form. There is nothing here that collects your data. The only external request the page makes is to Google Fonts for typefaces, which is disclosed in the cookie notice; block it and the site remains fully readable. What happens to an email you send us is described in the privacy notice.
